Mafdel offers a range of trapezoidal belts fitted with tufts of nylon bristles used in various applications such as:

• Unfolding in industrial laundries on laundry folding machines
• Brushing in industrial cheese factories
• Waste removal from cafeteria trays in industrial kitchens
• Handling of fragile products
• Transversal cleaning of tops and bottoms of process belts

 

We offer 3 standard dimensions in Souplex or Del/Flex PU materials.

Cleated trapezoidal belts

Mafdel can weld profiles or ‘cleats’ to most trapezoidal belts.
Profiles can be created upon request: quality, height, thickness, and pitch can be specified according to application.

Mafdel have the capability to manufacture bespoke composite belts by the bonding together of different round, flat or trapezoidal belt profiles.
Manufacturing options include domed belts, trapezoidal belts with channels, rounded, grooved, etc.
